Are your prized Alloys starting to look a bit worse for wear, maybe they are kerbed or is the paint flaking off and now is exposing unsightly wheel damaging corrosion, especially on Diamond cut wheels. This corrosion is much better sorted out sooner than later, as it makes little holes in your Alloys and the longer you leave it the deeper these holes will get, as a consequence repairs are more costly (for clarity these holes are called pitting). Also this corrosion can cause air leakage problems on the inside rims on your Alloys, which could deflate your tyres at an inopportune or even dangerous moment. Or maybe one of your Alloys is cracked, no problem as we can weld it just like new or are any of your Alloy rims buckled, again no problem as we can straighten them out. Also in our wheel refurbishment service unlike some of our competitors we include a free check to see if any of your Alloys are buckled and if any are we offer to straighten them at half our normal rate. This is because we have invested in a professional hydraulic wheel straightening machine, unlike some of our competitors who have not and do not have this capability and consequently are not able to repair buckled wheels and obviously have no other option but to refurbish damaged wheels. These refurbished buckled wheels will probably have to be repaired at a later date, which will damage their paintwork due to the heat needed to make the Aluminium malleable to straighten out the buckles, this obviously will incur extra costs and much inconvenience.   

We also include as standard in our three paint coatings Alloy wheel refurbishment process an extremely important Phosphoric acid immersion dip, which importantly removes ingrained corrosion that is notoriously very hard to get rid of by other cleaning methods.  

Also for a really clear pristine finish we again include as standard an architectural quality ultra clear powder coated lacquer third coat, because this very durable and hard wearing coating does not dull or cloud vibrant colours, it also gives much greater protection in the harsh winter months when corrosion accelerates greatly due to the salt, abrasive grit and corrosive chemicals that are spread and sprayed on the roads to get rid of ice and snow, it also gives excellent ultra violet resistance which will make your Alloys look like new for much longer.
